Music & Media
Praise and Worship, Music, and the Arts are a vital part of
the ministries of Claremore Assembly of God. We seek to lead
by example by providing opportunities in praising God and
giving worship to Him through expression through these areas.
Current Music and Media Ministry opportunities include the
following:
•Choir (Rehearsals on Wednesday nights. Any interested person is welcome!)
•Praise and Worship Team
• Band (rhythm section; keyboard, organ, bass, drums, guitar)
• Orchestra (brass and wind instruments)
• Audio Booth (sound, lighting, projection)
Special singing groups, trios, solos and instrumentals are
also presented regularly. The Music and Media Ministry present
concerts and drama throughout the year surrounding holidays
and special events. |

Christian Education
Our Christian education is structured to allow variety in
all the available adult classes. These classes usually last
about an hour each Sunday morning and the topics covered are
in an elective format. It is not uncommon to have interactive
discussion involving the entire group.
These intimate settings provide the opportunity for ministry
of teaching, admonition, encouragement and fellowship. The
opportunity to pray for each others needs on a more personal
level is also a common occurrence. The possibility of
developing strong friendships is high and encouraged.
The following is a current list of Adult electives on
Sundays at 9:30 a.m.:
• The Power of Positive Praying—Room
132
• Practical Life Applications—Room
200
• Beginnings/Basic Christian Doctrine—Room

• Beginnings/Basic Christian Doctrine—Room

• Joy of the Spirit-Filled Life—Room

Senior Adults
We minister to our senior adults through spiritual,
service, and social activities. This ministry exists to
encourage continued spiritual growth through Bible studies,
provide opportunities for ministry and outreach, promote
supportive friendships and fellowship, and to establish social
activities that benefit the well-being of our senior members.

Bus Ministry
Time is taken out of each week to find people who need
assistance in coming to church. We make sure the buses are
running Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings of each and
every week, weather permitting.
We have found the bus ministry to be a great outreach to
people in need. It provides physical transportation and
spiritual opportunity for those who desire to come. |
